Eileen Bensen's Potato Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
4 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
2 cups crushed (not powdery) potato chips
1 1/2 to 2 cups pecans
Directions:
Roll in balls and flatten with palm of hand or spoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes (until edges are brown).
Cool and roll in powder sugar.
